Reset Your Hormones Free Class Terms
Effective: 1 September 2026
These terms apply when you register for or attend a Reset Your Hormones free online class organised by Mplus Menopause Products LLP.
1. The free class
The class is a free, 2-hour educational online session about menopause, perimenopause and midlife wellbeing. Your registration is for the next class date and time shown on the registration page. There is no fee to register or attend.
2. Optional assessment and services
During the class, we may introduce an optional paid assessment or other services. You are not required to purchase anything to attend or complete the free class.
Assessment payment, refund conditions, eligibility criteria, programme pricing and separate service terms must be shown before payment.
3. Registration
You agree to provide accurate information and register for the class date you intend to attend. One registration is for one attendee unless stated otherwise. We may refuse or cancel registrations affected by misuse, automated submissions, security concerns or capacity limits.
4. Schedule changes
We may reschedule, replace or cancel a class when reasonably necessary and will use the supplied contact information to provide an update or alternative date.
5. Access and conduct
The Zoom link and class materials are for the registered attendee. Do not publish private access links, harass others, disrupt the session, share another participant's personal information or use the class unlawfully.
6. Privacy and recording
Personal information is handled under the Free Class Privacy Notice. Do not record, photograph, screenshot or redistribute the session or another participant's comments without permission. If the organiser records any part of a class, participants must be told before recording begins.
7. Educational and medical disclaimer
The class provides general education and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It does not replace care from qualified healthcare professionals. Do not delay or stop medical care or medication because of class information.
8. Results
Individual experiences vary. We do not guarantee a diagnosis, health result, weight change, symptom change, financial saving, relationship outcome or result within a specific timeframe. Testimonials describe individual experiences and do not promise the same outcome for every participant.
9. Intellectual property
Class slides, frameworks, videos, handouts and materials belong to the organiser or licensors and are for personal, non-commercial use. They may not be reproduced, sold, published or distributed without written permission.
10. Third-party services
The class may use Zoom, WhatsApp, email and registration providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy practices.
11. Availability and liability
We aim to deliver the class as described but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, the organiser is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from participation, inability to access the class, or reliance on general educational information. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The version shown when you register applies to that registration unless a change is required by law or is more favourable to you.
