Free Class Privacy Notice
Effective: 1 September 2026
This notice applies when you register for or attend a Reset Your Hormones free online class organised by Mplus Menopause Products LLP within Karen Tan's MenoPlus ecosystem. In this notice, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that organisation.
Information we collect
When you register, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, occupation, age or age range, assigned class date, health-related selections you choose to provide, registration and attendance records, and technical or advertising information such as device, browser, referral source and campaign identifiers.
Health-related selections can be sensitive. We use them only for the purposes described below and ask for explicit consent where required.
Why we use your information
- Register you for the next available free class shown on the registration page.
- Send Zoom access, confirmations, reminders and schedule updates by email or WhatsApp.
- Provide class materials and support.
- Understand attendance and improve future classes.
- Respond to requests and protect the registration system.
- Measure advertising and registration performance.
- Invite you to an optional paid assessment or other services when permitted.
Registration messages and optional marketing are treated separately. You can attend the free class without agreeing to unrelated marketing.
Who we share information with
We may share only the information needed with providers supporting registration and customer management, Zoom, email, WhatsApp, hosting, security, analytics and advertising, authorised class personnel, professional advisers or authorities where required by law.
Some providers may process information outside Malaysia. We take reasonable steps to use appropriate providers and safeguards. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep information
- Registration and attendance records: 24 months after the relevant class.
- Marketing records: until consent is withdrawn or 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, whichever occurs first.
- Health-related registration responses: 12 months after the relevant class, unless you enter a separate paid service governed by another policy.
We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed. We may retain a minimal suppression record to honour an opt-out.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete applicable personal information, withdraw optional marketing or health-related consent, stop marketing messages, or ask how your information is used. Withdrawing optional marketing does not cancel your class registration.
Security and adults only
We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. Do not submit medical records or detailed clinical information through the registration form unless an appropriate secure process is provided. The class is for adults and is not intended for anyone under 18.
